7) All the birds are in there mating season. We went for a hike the other day and there were about 20 grouse With there necks puffed out and were makeing a really wierd sound. Then we fornd some eggs in a whole under a tree.

Observation Day 4
1) May 17th
2) 2:05
3) 76 degrees
4) Very sunny
5) No Wind
6) Ground is dry and hot from sun.
7) The water is rising and the weather is getting very hot. I love how the sun comes up early and goes down late. You can see more animals this way. I can tell how high the water gets in the river because, there is a water line on the rocks. It looks like the water washed away the color on the rocks.

Observaion Day 3
1) May 13Th
2) 5:05
3) 56 degrees
4) Sunny only a few clouds blue skies
5) No wind
6) Ground is dry and grass is growing
7) The only change going on right now is with the land, as in grass growing and snow melting stuff like that. The trees around my area are pine trees so they grow all year long. The bushes are all growing there little blooms and flowers. There are only small animals in my area like rabbits and birds cause the low vegetation can only feed small animals. The land is also changing because people go down to this area to, fish, picnic, boat etc. There are different kinds of birds. there is an Eagle, Red Tailed Halk, and all the birds you see every where like Robins.

1) My observation spot is behind my house down by the river.
2) May 6th
3) 6:15
4) 42 degrees
5) Sunny with some clouds
6) a little breeze
7) Rocky area, but the ground is wet from melting snow
8) My area is a rocky spot down by the river behind my house. There are not alot of animals in my spot because, it does not have alot of vegitation. There are birds in near by trees. and there are bugs hatching all over the rocks. You can tell how high the water rises each year because there is a water line on the rocks.

3) 54 degrees
4) Cloudy
5) windy
6)gound is still damp all the snow is melted
7) The only organisms in my area are small water bugs and birds. A red tailed halk lives acrossed the river. There are also deer and elk and other animals living across the river because there is more vegitation over there. Animals need all the different reasoures to live but my spot only has space and water so it is not fit for animals to live there.
